Karina has a diverse clinical background, with a strong interest in public health, research, career development and clinical education.

Karina developed a strong interest in career development and planning while holding senior positions responsible for staff selection, development, and retention. Additionally, she understands the challenges of balancing career with a young family and negotiating return to work following parental leave.
