Are you an allied health professional and looking for clarity on potential career paths? Perhaps you are feeling burnt out or have low job satisfaction and want to explore career options which suit your life stage, values and personality? Or are you considering a move away from clinical practice but you are unsure sure which path to take? The one-on-one in depth career review will provide wholistic, targeted guidance to support your career decisions. Taking into consideration your life and career stage, personality preferences and values, the appointment includes: • In-depth pre-appointment career and goals questionnaire to maximise the appointment time. • Pre-appointment work and personality assessment, which includes a 5000 word evidence-based psychometric assessment detailing your work and personality preferences, leadership, decision-making, interpersonal and communication styles and areas for self assessment. • 90min appointment either via phone or video conferencing • Exploration of potential career options • Development of an action plan • Resources to support your career decisions • 30 minute career follow-up appointment one month following your initial appointment.
